Job Purpose

The Manager of Service Delivery is looking for a creative team player to drive the Service Compliance business.

The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with our service, design, and engineering a process that will ensure that we are in full compliance of all Government regulations and dealer information.  

This role reports to the Manager of Service Delivery


  • You will be responsible for all data analytics of all reportable information sources (warranty, field engineering reports, etc.)
  • Submit dealer/fleet/consumer communications as required by NHTSA
  • Screen and analyze NHTSA published Vehicle Owner Questionnaires and any other mandated reports
  • Manage dealer communications for TSB’s and other dealer information on a regular basis
  • Track milestones, progress, dependencies, and issues closely
  • Institute effective program management processes, tools, and best practices to bring efficiency and support collaboration efforts
  • Foster an environment of open communication with all stakeholders

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience handling OEM data submitted to NHTSA
  • Experience in large scale databases and complex data
  • You like to work in a team and ready to play different roles
  • You want to grow in an ambitious organization
  • You are hardworking and want to have fun at work
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Ability to achieve results under tough circumstances
  • Great organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Automotive passion and experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with motor vehicles and motor vehicle equipment
  • Experience handling OEM responsibilities under the SAFETY Act, TREAD Act, NHTSA processes
  • Master’s degree in business administration or relevant field
  • Previous experience working in agile teams
