  • Work with the VP of Vehicle Hardware Engineering (VHE) to coordinate all activities relating to managing the VHE business process
  • Work with the team to compile the budget for VHE
  • Lead all coordination activities with regards to VHE headcount
  • Define and coordinate VHE deliverables for key program milestones and targets, working with the vehicle program managers
  • Lead strategic initiatives for VHE to drive long term efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate and support the weekly staff meetings for VHE
  • Compile and drive delivery of quarterly Operations Reviews
  • Prepare presentations and collect relevant data for internal and external meetings

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in assisting in running an organization
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, project or similar
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to think proactively and prioritize work as needed
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone, video, email, and in-person)

Preferred Experience

  • Degree in Engineering or Business
