Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of vehicle crash safety to coordinate all activities relating to running the business
  • Work with the team to compile the budget for the team
  • Lead all coordination activities with regards to crash testing: scheduling, planning, logistics etc.
  • Coordinate with the program mangers on delivering key budget, testing milestones, and targets
  • Help coordinate and schedule meetings for the team
  • Compile presentations and collect relevant data for internal and external meetings

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in assisting in running an organization
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, project or similar
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to think proactively and prioritize work as needed
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone, video, email, and in-person)
