Job Purpose

Support ADAS team to keep alignment with defined engineering and business processes.


  • Support ADAS team with budget oversight and maintenance
  • Support cross functional activity and communication with ADAS team
  • Coordinate and maintain timing charts for all disciplines within ADAS including supplier, software, hardware, and validation
  • Engineering process development and adherence for ADAS competencies including software, validation, algorithm development, and systems
  • Maintenance of ADAS Plan of Record (POR)
  • Identification of issues, risk management, and coordination of gap closure
  • Purchase order approval and budget compliance
  • Strategic planning
  • Define management meeting cadence, schedule, agenda
  • Support ADAS team with purchasing requests, org chart maintenance, HR requisitions, HR tracking, benchmarking needs, etc.


  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • High level of oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal effectiveness and able to manage and escalate issues to management
  • Tracking/gap closure planning, technical understanding, find alternative solutions, self-organization & motivation
  • Demonstrated performance in a position requiring engineering technical excellence
  • Familiar with program management and engineering coordination with teams
