Responsibilities

  • Provide front end (finding, sourcing, and phone screening), high volume recruiting support
  • Partner with Recruiting team members to ensure they have a pool of active and passive talent for multiple job openings across a wide range of engineering disciplines
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
  • Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions
  • Help recruiters review inbound resumes
  • Find untapped talent outside traditional means (LinkedIn)

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ year of recruiting experience
  • Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • Familiar with sourcing for Engineering and ADAS roles
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
  • Experience screening resumes and matching qualifications
  • Experience engaging and activating passive candidates
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills
