Job Purpose

Reporting to the SVP, Chief of Staff & Corporate Development, the Director, Corporate Development will lead the development of detailed business cases to support strategic transactions which will include financial models, market landscape and competitive positioning.


  • Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures
  • Oversee market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs
  • Provide leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives
  • Define vision, strategies, and tactics
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function


  • 7+yrs in Business evaluation and financial modeling for business growth
  • 5+yrs of sourcing and driving transactions in a Corporate Development role with a proven track record of closing successful deals
  • Prior industry experience helpful, but not required
