Job Purpose

The Canoo IT Department is looking for an Oracle Administrator to provide front-line support for our Oracle ERP Cloud system via a ticketing queue. You will work with our team in Justin, TX, and we highly prefer someone local to the DFW area or willing to relocate.


  • Troubleshoot and correct Oracle configurations when issues occur
  • Engage with business end users to understand their concerns
  • Work with business users and IT management to provide acceptable solutions to problems
  • Provide one-on-one training to individual users when needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Information Systems, or similar field
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, preferably in a support role
  • 3+ years working on Oracle ERP enhancement or conversion projects as technical resource
  • Proven ability to successfully juggle multiple tasks/deliverables
  • Solid written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
