  • Increase the commercial sales/business development productivity through improved processes and approaches and adoption of effective business tools
  • Serve a major analytical role to continuously improve, develop, and document the business development processes, procedures and tolls that maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Commercial Sales/Business Dev team’s output
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of key systems and the execution of pipeline management processes and forecasting
  • Execute and develop the following regular business drills
    • Top 3 priorities
    • Project status updates
    • SPL reports and weekly meeting preparation
    • Account plan/CPRM updates
    • Salesforce.com activity
    • Finance updates
    • Track all milestones, progress, dependencies, and issues closely
    • Others as needs are identified
  • Publish a regional priority list of products to promote to Commercial customers in 2021
  • Coordinate with marketing a suite of high-quality selling materials to support Commercial Sales teams’ external use (including one-pagers and integrated product pitch decks)
  • Deliver and administer tools for greater efficiency and executive reporting, with less wasteful redundancy and inconsistency (including Teams, Salesforce.com)
  • Support & track the annual Strategic Account Plan creation and quarterly updates to be completed collaboratively with Global Account Managers and Regional Sales Executives


  • 8+ years of experience in sales management and/or sales operations, account management, sales training, business development
  • You enjoy supporting sales teams to excel and working with customers. Listening, learning, and helping them overcome selling objections
  • You are passionate about the product, the team success, are open minded and self-reflecting
  • Excellent communication, project management/coordination and comprehension skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly precise. Flexible, proactive, attentive to details, demonstrating strong critical thinking, common sense, and innovation when situations require
  • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies
  • You want to grow in an ambitious, team-oriented organization
  • You are hard working and also want to have fun at work
  • You have experience working in agile teams
  • You have great organizational skills and like to multitask
  • You have sales and customer passion and experience
  • Bachelor's degree
