Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day support and execution of digital marketing campaigns including project management, build, QA, deployment, measurement and reporting
  • Build and implement an SEO roadmap for site updates, experiments and technical initiatives to improve keyword rankings and search market share to drive organic traffic and revenue
  • Proven track record of working on a strategic level, always taking into account “what’s next?”
  • Lead the targeting and audience segmentation for digital campaigns across a variety of programs and initiatives
  • Develop and execute A/B testing in campaigns and brand studies to refine messaging and drive perception lift
  • Gather data and analyze campaign results, establish benchmarks, identify trends, report and execute on key findings in a way that informs business decisions
  • Provide subject-matter expertise to the broader communications organization on paid marketing strategies and plans that will meet business objectives
  • Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support and scale an organization growing at a rapid pace
  • Support storytelling to create a dynamic, engaging and authentic brand experience that successfully reflects the spirit of Canoo and its mission
  • Manage execution of organic search strategies including regular site audits, comprehensive keyword research, inbound link generation, content generation and competitive analysis

Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in-house
  • 3+ year of experience working with large data sets and complex analyses
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand large data sets
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation creation skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous assignments and operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
  • Deep understanding of customer journey across social media, paid digital and website strategy
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns/programs simultaneously across different stakeholder groups
