Job Purpose

The Fleet Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects and converting them to sale, meeting volume and profit targets. A successful Fleet Account Manager is highly competitive, wants to work in a fast-paced environment and can be a self-starter to execute quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve fleet volume sales targets on a commercial level
  • Help develop commercial fleet sales strategies to maximize growth and potential across fleet sales channels
  • Identify and develop the relationship with nationwide prospects that need future electrification of fleets
  • Help identify commercial marketing opportunities such as tradeshows, events, and conferences
  • Manage account and prospect communications on a regular basis to ensure prospects stay warm
  • Develop key customer insights and use cases for product development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the efficiency of the sales process and develop key messaging

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of automotive fleet sales, business structure and culture
  • Proven and highly competitive sales track record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to track and analyze data from sales and prospects to further develop sales strategies and insights
  • Experience with CRM’s such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar
  • Experience with sales tools such as LinkedIn for Business
